Fahd did a great job in finding an apartment for my daughter in a very condensed time frame. My daughter was moving from Chicago for a new job in New York and only had a couple of weeks to find an apartment before her job started. Fahd helped us find some good options in the area we wanted (ie, Murray Hill) and we ended up with an apartment in doorman building that was our first choice. Fahd was always available and very responsive and worked with building management to get the process completed in an expedited manner. I highly recommend Fahd for anyone looking for an apartment in Manhattan - particularly when working under a tight time frame.
Fahd Ally was so helpful finding me and my fiance’s future home! He is super chill and an easygoing agent that can answer all of our questions. Even during the tour he introduced us to all the amenities which is really great to see! In comparison with all the real estate agents we came across, Fahd Ally is the most friendly and well organized agent! We both highly recommend! 👍

Fahd and Anthony were great to work with and really worked hard to understand what we were looking for and find us a place that ticked all the boxes. We had initially requested for them to show us just one apartment, but when it wasn't quite right they made the time to show us several other options on very short notice. Ultimately we were able to find a great place and put in an application all within one day which made the process super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of working with Fahd to find my first apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He was always available to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Fahd dedication and expertise, I found the perfect apartment. I highly recommend Fahd to anyone in need of a reliable and professional real estate agent!
Fahd was absolutely great. He listened to what I need an apartment that fits my needs but also those of my little dog and worked hard to help me find the right place. Even though Im very picky, he was super helpful and offered constructive advice. I ended up with a wonderful apartment all because of his help!

Fahd is such a pleasure to work out!! It was my first time looking for an apartment in NYC, I honestly didn't know where to start. He keep it 100 with me throughout the entire process. We ended up finding a way better apartment than we expected and he negotiated the price down for us!! Really appreciate it Fahd. Highly recommend to anyone just starting out in NYC
Fahd is a great broker! So easy to work with, helpful, prompt to relay updates and communicate with, well connected and informed on the application process and incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend, thank you Fahd! :)
Fahd was incredibly helpful and managed to get me and my roommate a lease for a spot that was below our budget in exactly the neighborhood we were interested in within a week. He is professional, knows the city well and has been the most helpful broker I've worked with in my 3 years in the city.
