Fay's Reviews
Fay was the best broker I’ve ever worked with. She understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the right spot. She made the application and move in process very seamless, and in this market, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her

Working with Fay was a great experience, I can’t recommend her enough. Back in August my roommate and I had given up hope of finding a decent apartment as the return to city was in full swing and every apartment was renting faster than we could apply. I ended up reaching out to Fay who got back to me in under an hour with photos of the apartment I currently live in. Fay was extremely responsive, kind and caring throughout the entire process - letting us know to come to her any time an issue arose. Fay got us into an amazing apartment within budget after one day of touring and she has continued to be an invaluable resource. Thank you so much Fay!

Fay is fantastic! I lucked into having her help me find my apartment when I reached out about an apartment that was already off the market. She then took the time to find me the perfect apartment, negotiated a lower rent and was wonderful to work with all along the way. I'm very grateful for the work she put in, especially because I wasn't able to view the apartments myself. I would happily work with her again the next time I need to move.

Fay is fantastic! Such a warm, friendly and helpful agent. I was incredibly overwhelmed moving to NYC and finding the right place. Fay helped me through the whole process and found me a lovely new apartment to call home. I couldn't recommend her enough.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Fay is. Over the past two months my roommate and I encountered dozens of brokers but Fay was by the far the best. She was extremely attentive, thoughtful, transparent, and helpful throughout the process of finding an apartment. Fay made sure we were updated on every step of the process and ensured that the application and lease signing process ran smoothly. Fay goes above and beyond in all aspects of her work- she even went back to the apartment after we had signed the lease to take measurements of walls for us. I plan on using Fay for all of my future real estate needs- there is truly no one better!

Normally looking for an apartment and dealing with realtors is frustrating, but not with Fay. She did an amazing job finding us a gorgeous apartment and was transparent about all the pricing throughout the process.
We'll definitely come back to Fay when we look to buy in a couple of years!
