10/10!!! EMMANUEL IS THE BEST!!! I was in a really tough spot trying to find an apartment and reached out late one evening, right toward the end of his workday, and he still went above and beyond. He showed me multiple apartments across two buildings that night and really took the time to help me figure out what made the most sense for me long term. I ended up finding the perfect place, and even though my lease start date was about a month out, he made sure everything was squared away before I left to spend NYC time with family. He stayed in touch the whole time and was super communicative (honestly, at all hours!). He’s got such great energy - the kind of person you’d want to hang out with even if he wasn’t your agent. Even after I moved in, he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. My couch delivery got delayed, and he even offered to help me find a temporary one so I wouldn’t have to sit on the floor. He genuinely looks out for his clients and makes what’s normally a stressful process feel easy. Truly one of the best! Couldn’t recommend Emmanuel more - if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and makes the process enjoyable, he’s your guy!!!
