Before transitioning into real estate, Dillon managed operations for a prominent New York City nonprofit supporting Broadway-bound productions, where he coordinated logistics for large creative teams and high-profile clients. He also played a key role in launching a sustainable luxury fashion brand featured in New York Fashion Week, gaining hands-on experience in brand development, vendor relations, and client engagement.
