I would very highly recommend Daniel as he spends time understanding client needs, does his homework to take appointments, makes the viewings very smooth & efficient and then helps them come to a decision. He is very dedicated and viewed several apartments with me back to back from 12 noon to 7.30 pm without stopping for any food or drink. He is also really good with clients, he became my friend in couple of hours! Having seen more than 10 brokers over the last couple of months, I can say from experience that he stands out. He does not advance his interests at all,, he really genuinely cares about the client finding a place they like even if it means that he may not get broker fees for that apartment!
