Travial McCall isn't simply a broker - he's somewhat of a natural confidant. Our paths crossed at a time where I was already feeling somewhat defeated, due to a horrific landlord resorting to dirty tactics in order to rid his building of the residents so he could sell the property - so needless to say, the walls were closing in on me. I had responded to an ad for an apartment in a luxury high-rise....and in walks this young, physically fit man with a glowing aura and radiant personality. After formally introducing himself, and me explaining the nature of my situation, Travial instinctively took over - I'm guessing he must've sensed my doubtfulness on actually getting the apartment. During our tour of the building and apartment, Travial slowly chipped away at those doubts...by asking the property manager all of the tough questions I had no idea on asking - amenities, perks, discounts, etc.; by the end of the tour, I was actually excited and highly optimistic for a new change of scenery. Unfortunately, I did not get THAT apartment - the denial was enough for me to retreat into a small corner and curl into a fetal position...but with a smooth & lazy drawl, Travial says, "Don't worry about it, T..I'm gonna get you into an apartment that suits you. Just gimme about a month, tops." When I tell you his word is BOND - I literally signed my lease to my new apartment WITHIN A MONTH! Furthermore, it's in a quiet building in the exact neighborhood I was aiming for - with amenities and an interior decor that suits my personality. You have individuals who get into particular fields of work simply for the salary or to boost their resumes - but Travial McCall is TRULY passionate about what he does. The amount of time, dedication, patience, and commitment he gave me - UNMEASUREABLE! He practically held my hand the entire way - helped me via phone and email with any computer difficulties I experienced, answered my NUMEROUS phone calls all hours of the day and night; he even stayed in his work office after hours on certain days to ensure that everything was legit and up to par on my end. I'll admit - it was somewhat bittersweet once everything came to a close...because it meant that I would no longer see or speak to him again. But he left such an impressionable mark on me, I asked Travial if it were cool that we stay in contact and touch basis every now & then....LOL!
