Moving in a NYC summer is hell- I met realtors who were breathing down my neck, barely responsive, or showed listings where the photos made the apartments look WAY bigger than the shoe boxes they actually were. I went through three weeks of that before I met Rebekah.
Rebekah was one of the few realtors I met during the busy summer moving season who was warm, kind, and very helpful when it came to the rental process with my unique, specific circumstances. Not only that, but the apartment I ended up picking looked EXACTLY as advertised. No fisheye lens, no photography magic to enlarge or distort- it was as truthful in person as I hoped it would be.
Rebekah was expedient in making sure my application was submitted accurately and was very patient with my questions and clear about the things I needed help understanding. I’m really so grateful to have worked with her, and I’ve never said that about a NYC realtor before.
In a city full of realtors, I’d choose Rebekah again and again. You should too.

I would like to preface this review by saying if there was anything higher than 5 stars, I would absolutely hands down give them all the stars.
My girlfriend and I were looking for apartments for just over a month before we found something that met our needs. Weekend after weekend, we met with multiple agents through naked apartments and other sites. Time and time again we were told we wouldn't find anything within our range (we've been living in the neighborhood for over 5 years though, so we were determined to find something that wasn't overpriced). Finally, a friend told us that she worked with Steffan in the past and to call Space Realty. I contacted them online and Rebekah G. responded right away. Rebekah found us an apartment with more than what we were expecting and within our price range. It was a listing from another agent and Rebekah worked with us on the paperwork and looked out for us throughout the process. I don't think we ever would have found an apartment in time without Rebekah and Space Realty!
When I first moved to Astoria in 2011, I struggled to find an agent who would show me and my sister a 2 bedroom apartment in our price range. We finally found Steffan. He only showed us apartments in our price range and we found one within one day (after looking at a few in the neighborhood). He also suggested some great bars & restaurants that we still go to today. We stayed in the apartment for 5 years and appreciate Steffan for helping us find our home!
