I had the pleasure of working with Amelie Boblin during my recent apartment search in NYC, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was instrumental in helping me secure a unit 124th Street. Amelie was incredibly patient and transparent throughout the entire process, especially when it came to explaining the unique coliving lease structure and the 'net effective' rent math. She was always responsive to my questions regarding utilities and amenities, ensuring I felt confident before signing. If you are looking for a dedicated and professional agent who truly advocates for her clients, work with Amelie!

Amelie is truly an angel sent from Heaven. I came to her with a very unconventional situation as well small window of time to make a move and she handled it like an elite professional. I knew from my tour that this was where I wanted to be, however turning vision to reality was far from a small task. She guided me every step of the way with patience, precision, and perspective. I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to work with her during this move.
