My wife and I were with another agent before switching over to Albert Telaku because our first agent wasn't as fast at responding to our emails and text messages. When it came time to apply, Albert pushed our paper work through expediently. We submitted our application for our second choice in the building because our first choice apartment was already taken. When our first choice randomly opened up two days later, Albert worked with building management to get us switched over to our first choice and even got us a discount on the original rent price. I worked with Albert several days to find the right apartment .
For the very beginning i was impressed about his knowledge about locations , buildings and general feelings regarding the city neighborhoods .
In the end he founds us the perfect match . I gladly compensated him for the effort and the time spend with us .
No fee apartments most of the time are rundown , bad locations , tiny and it's a waste of time .
