Unlike most brokers, or professional in any industry, Amit genuinely will always find a solution that's in the best interest of his clients. Real estate is his passion, so in addition to his talents as a broker, you will be hard pressed to find another real estate broker who loves his field and using his knowledge to find solutions for his clients as much as he. I highly recommend Amit and would recommend him to anyone seeking NYC real estate.

In my search for a ”no fee” broker/agent, I found about 4 agents that caught my attention due to their inventory and their reviews. But I must say, I am SO THANKFUL I chose Amit. I was relocating from Southern California and didn’t quite know the market or what to expect (other than tiny and expensive). Before we met (even before I actually committed to working with Amit), we had a long conversation about my situation and what I was looking for. I emailed him my list of requirements and preferences (as well as a number of apartment postings I had found). We set up an appointment in NY and he went to work right away. During the few days I was in NY, he was always punctual and always prepared for the day. He was even having up to the minute conversations with property managers as the day went along, to make sure we made the most of our time. All I had to do was follow and keep up. Not only is he knowledgeable about the properties (that’s his job), he also knew right away what I would (and would not) like (that's his intuition). And since I only had a few days to look, he made sure we did not waste any time. He even trudged through the snow and slush with me … never complaining. I had a myriad of questions and a bit of “waffling back and forth” … and Amit was ever patient and ever responsive. He actually made the hunt enjoyable. I would highly recommend Amit to anyone!! He is a consummate professional with a great knowledge of the city ... and a nice guy. Bottom line, he knows what he’s doing and he’s very good at it. At the end of a 3-day intensive search, I landed a great apartment in a cool neighborhood that met my price-point. (My decision took 3 days to make, but Amit said he knew that first afternoon which place I’d choose.)
