DESCRIPTION
A boutique rental building in the SoHo area, Located on Thompson street is a modern complex with a mere 38 residences. This intimate environment has outstanding concierge services called ?Sky?s the Limit?. If you can ask for it, they will do it. The beautiful building offers an elegantly landscaped 1,600 square foot rooftop sundeck that provides outstanding views of the city.It isn?t just the concierge that believes the sky?s the limit?the windows can attest to the same sentiment. Within each unit are 10 feet high windows, as well as silver Travertine slab countertops and double under mount sinks. The bathrooms are gorgeously designed to include Steelworks Bronzo porcelain floor tiles, Metalwood porcelain wall tiles, and Kohler Maestro under mount soaking tub with silver Travertine slab decks. If that isn?t enough, the bathrooms also come with frameless glass shower doors and Toto Aquia dual flush elongated toilets. Many units also come with private terraces and fireplaces delivering an experience full of the comfort and little luxuries of life.Just outside of the building, tenants can take a short jaunt and find museums, galleries, boutiques, bistros and bars.
