DESCRIPTION

One bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a residential tower in Lower Manhattan, designed by Frank Gehry.

The apartment features the building's signature curved bay windows, which extend into the facade's folds and can be fitted with seating or used as dining and reading niches. Cabinetry is crafted in vertical grain Douglas Fir. All interior finishes and fixtures were selected by Gehry. Pricing is net effective based on one month free.

Amenity spaces span the sixth, seventh, and eighth floors across twenty two thousand square feet. The sixth floor terrace has grills, cafe seating, and dining cabanas, with views of the Woolworth Building. An adjacent game room features custom Gehry designed seating. The seventh floor has a fifty foot pool set within a skylit space that opens onto a wraparound sundeck, a drawing room with grand piano, a private dining room with catering kitchen, a fitness center with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, and a spa treatment suite. The eighth floor includes group fitness, a boxing studio, private training studios, a library, a children's playroom, a tween's den, and a screening room with amphitheater seating. Parking is available on site.

The building is located near City Hall Park, with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Woolworth Building.
