The sixth floor terrace has grills, cafe seating, and dining cabanas, with views of the Woolworth Building. An adjacent game room features custom Gehry designed seating. The seventh floor has a fifty foot pool set within a skylit space that opens onto a wraparound sundeck, a drawing room with grand piano, a private dining room with catering kitchen, a fitness center with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, and a spa treatment suite. The eighth floor includes group fitness, a boxing studio, private training studios, a library, a children's playroom, a tween's den, and a screening room with amphitheater seating. Parking is available on site.
The building is located near City Hall Park, with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Woolworth Building.
