Pearl & Pine is basically modern living done right. The building was redesigned to feel fresh and updated. You can even unlock and enter with facial recognition, which is pretty cool.

The kitchens have two-tone cabinets, stone countertops, big backsplashes, and really nice appliances from Beko and Bertazzoni. Every apartment has central air and your own washer and dryer. The ceilings are tall (10.5 feet), and there's tons of natural light, so everything feels open and airy.

And the amenities? There are 10 full floors of them. Yes, 10.

There's a pool called "The Oasis," golf simulators in "The Den," a salt room and plunge pools in the spa, and even a "Creators Suite" with podcast rooms, a music studio, and a photo studio. There's also a two-story gym with all the newest cardio and weight equipment.

Basically, it has everything - and then some.
