We LOVE the apartment but have to give it up due to international relocation, therefore we are looking for someone to take the lease from 1st September 2017. The lease term ends in May 2018. Guaranteed you'll love the apartment same as we do and if you do decide to stay longer, you can always renew the lease with the landlord.
