DESCRIPTION
Renovated 1BR with a Private Garden Near Union Square
This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom comes with a real standout: your own private garden, a rare bit of outdoor space downtown. Inside, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and high ceilings give it warmth and character, while the updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The bathroom is fully modern too.
You're just blocks from Union Square, close to the 14th Street and 3rd Avenue bus lines, and steps from great downtown restaurants and nightlife.
A private garden like this is hard to come by, send me a message and I'll set up a time before it's gone.

Until the early 1960s, the East Village was just the northern tip
of the Lower East Side, largely occupied by German and Ukrainian
working class immigrants. However, the Beat movement made its roots
in the East Village in the 1950's and paved the way for the influx
of the counterculture scene of the 60s.
Since then, the art scene of the East Village exploded with
series like Andy Warhol's…
