Welcome to 960 Franklin Avenue, a brand-new luxury development sitting directly on the block of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in the heart of Crown Heights. Thoughtfully designed from the ground up, every detail of this building - from the architecture to the finishes - reflects an elevated standard of living that is rare for the neighborhood and the price point.

The Apartment

This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom residence is move-in ready and brand new. The open-concept layout is anchored by a dramatic full-slab marble waterfall island with an undermount sink and custom pendant lighting - seamlessly connecting the kitchen to a living and dining area large enough to accommodate a full sofa setup and a dedicated dining table. Wide-plank white oak floors, flat-panel natural oak cabinetry, a marble backsplash, and stainless steel appliances bring a cohesive, high-end aesthetic throughout.

The bedroom comfortably fits a king-size bed and a dedicated workspace - a layout that works as hard as you do. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with lush treetop views, bringing the outside in and making the space feel far larger than its footprint. The same oversized glass doors in the living area frame green, open views that fill the apartment with natural light throughout the day.

Additional in-unit features include washer/dryer (OPTIONAL), central A/C and heat, keyless entry, an in-unit dishwasher, and a pantry in select units.

The Building

960 Franklin offers a curated amenity package designed for how people actually live. Residents have access to a fully equipped fitness center with park-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, a dedicated yoga room, a resident lounge with fireplace, private work pods, a kids' playroom, a package room, and a rooftop with open-sky views over Brooklyn. On-site parking is available for an additional fee.

The Location

Literally on the block of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and steps from Prospect Park. The dining, coffee shops, and nightlife of Franklin Avenue and Nostrand Avenue are moments away, and the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains put all of Manhattan within easy reach.

CROWN HEIGHTS

Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.

Fun Facts and History of Crown Heights

Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's, it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were extended to the area in the late 1800's.

While many of those older Victorian homes are still around, brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.

The 1970's were a turbulent time…
