DESCRIPTION
Room for rent because I am moving out of a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on Nostrand and St. Johns. The building was built in April 2017 and is luxury with a furnished rooftop, free laundry in building, elevator, pretty lobby, free gym, free bike room, and courtyard. You'd be sharing with a 28 year old Architect who is rarely home and very clean. Heat, hot water, and gas is included. Electric bill is cheap because there are brand new AC and heating unit in one in each room with a remote. Frig, micowave, stove, and dishwasher are brand new in the kitchen. My bedroom has ceiling to floor windows and is quiet because it is on the 3rd floor in the corner. The living room is furnished and the bedroom fits a full or queen bed with two dressers. Floor to ceiling small closet inside the room. Parking is easy on the street. Many bars and restaurants right on Nostrand. 2/3 & 4/5 are two blocks away. You can move in ASAP but also I am flexible. Email me to set up a viewing anytime after 430pm. Ava.Marron@gmail.com

CROWN HEIGHTS
Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
The 1970's were a turbulent time…
