Comes with a smart tv, queen size bed, pullout couch for guests and all the kitchenware you need. Max occupancy is 2 people. If the stay is more than 3 months, than we will need credit and income verification. Income of 2.5X rent, and minimum 650 credit score. Utilities are a flat $150 a month charge.
