Full-floor 3-bedroom, 1,000 square foot apt available starting Oct. 1st. It's the second floor of a 2-family brownstone in the Central Ridgewood Historic District. Although the apt was originally designed as a railroad apt (as are all the structures in the historic district), each room has access to common areas and no room requires going through another room. The apt also has a dining room adjacent to the living room.

As for me, I am the owner (Queens native professional with plenty of global experience). I live in the first floor apt and would consider myself quiet and friendly. I'm also very responsive if you need anything. Unfortunately, my amazing tenants are moving to Florida which is sad considering how nice it has been having them for the past 6 years. As everyone does, I just want good folks as neighbors.

Neighborhood has a lot of cafes, hip restaurants and bars, and several gyms nearby. There's a chill vibe to the area and it's very safe. Close to transportation with M (Forest Ave) and L (Halsey St) trains a few minutes walk away. There are many bus lines around as well. Hip Bushwick scene is minutes away.

Ideal occupancy is October but willing to be flexible for the right folks. Any questions, please let me know.
