As for me, I am the owner (Queens native professional with plenty of global experience). I live in the first floor apt and would consider myself quiet and friendly. I'm also very responsive if you need anything. Unfortunately, my amazing tenants are moving to Florida which is sad considering how nice it has been having them for the past 6 years. As everyone does, I just want good folks as neighbors.

Close to transportation with M (Forest Ave) and L (Halsey St) trains a few minutes walk away. There are many bus lines around as well. Hip Bushwick scene is minutes away.
