DESCRIPTION
The neighborhood: This furnished (also available unfurnished) apartment is located in the heart of the Financial District, also known as FiDi, right on Wall Street and 2 blocks from the famous New York Stock Exchange. The glittering skyscrapers and well-known landmarks make this one of the city's most recognizable and historic neighborhoods. Though it's easy to get around, everything you'll need is right within walking distance. You will be closely situated near Battery Park, Tribeca, and the South Street Seaport, which offer some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences in Manhattan. Take a stroll on the waterfront with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, enjoy dinner and drinks at Cipriani, or shop at one of the many designer retailers at Brookfield Place, all within blocks of your apartment. By subway, great places such as SoHo, West Village, Chinatown, Lower East Side, Downtown Brooklyn, are 10 minutes away. Plus, you can get almost anywhere in the city from the Wall Street Ferry Station.

The building: The apartment is in a historical building, 63 Wall Street. 63 Wall Street has unparalleled amenities rare to find in any luxury building in Manhattan. You will be able to enjoy craft cocktails and monthly events in the resident-only speakeasy bar and lounge, The Transcript, where amenity members are welcomed to host guests for small gatherings. You will also be able to grill on the roof terrace, practice your swing in the golf simulator room, work from home in the study, or sweat it out in our 3-story fitness center featuring a cardio room, weight room, and dance studio. The full list of amenities include: The Transcript, the Resident-only Speakeasy & Lounge, Valet Services including Housekeeping, 24-hour Doorman & Concierge Services, Cardio Room with Peloton Bikes, On-site Management Team, Weight Room, Dance/Yoga Studio, Sky Lounge and Roof Terrace with BBQs, Social Lounge, Game Room, Golf Simulator, Children's Playroom, Library, Business Center, Storage Cages and Bike Racks. The building is pet friendly as well.

The apartment: This quiet apartment is on the 9th floor of a gorgeous building. It is a Jr. 1-bedroom apartment, so the bedroom doesn't have a window - which in fact I love because it makes it much quieter and great for a movie night - by the way, the bedroom has a projector making it feel like a mini movie theater. The living room is bright and spacious, it has high ceilings which amplifies the already ample apartment. The renovated kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is also a very convenient laundry room in the building with brand new washer and dryer machines.

The furnishings (also available unfurnished): The apartment is fully furnished with a beautiful modern retro style. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a great wooden frame and nightstand, a high dresser with five drawers and a closet (plus of course the already mentioned projector). The bathroom features Italian marble, custom vanities, huge mirror cabinet and a waterfall style shower. The kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen island (with a Nespresso machine) and all you will need to cook great meals (including a dutch oven and a sous vide cooker). The living room is spacious and has an L-shaped sofa with a pull out memory foam bed, Roku TV, Google Home, bar shelf with all bar tools for great cocktails, a workstation (great to work from home) and a dining table with 4 beautiful retro chairs. There are AC/heater units in both the bedroom and the living room.

About you: I love my apartment (clearly!) so I will be meticulous about who I sublease to. If you have a stable job, the rent is affordable to you, and you have good character, that'll do. Please be prepared to prove these items with pay stubs, LinkedIn and Instagram profiles, references, etc. We'll just have a phone or zoom call to work it out if you don't live in the city currently.

The details: Rent is $4,500 per month, internet included plus building amenities (and pet fee in case you have a pet). Electricity is not included, but for me it's about $100. I'll ask for a one month security deposit as well which will be returned to you immediately once you move out.

Please email me through this posting with your details (dates, about you, LinkedIn profile, etc.) and we'll go from there.

Thanks!
