Hi there, I'm renting one of my bedrooms for 1-2 months to anyone who is interested. The room is around 200sqft and with a closet and access to the patio. The apartment itself is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
The area itself is literally a few blocks away from Kingston Avenue on the C train and 5 minutes away from Nostrand avenue. Great location with buses ,trains and restaurants all nearby.
About me:
I'm a professional who works occasionally works remote in IT. I also work in Real Estate for my family.
Other things to consider: No pets No couples.
This is a drug-free home.
During my free time, I like hiking, swimming, riding my bike, mountain climbing, going out with friends occasionally, and networking.
Homebody is my thing too depending on how I'm feeling .
Ideal for anyone who wants a short-term lease and doesn't have any furniture since everything is already furnished.
Ideal for students since a few schools are close by.
Ideal for tourists who want to live in a prime area of NYC but on a more economical budget.
Works perfect who for those who likes parks since Prospect Park is walkable distance and Downtown Brooklyn is too. Lets go Knicks!
