DESCRIPTION
Great location in the East Village close to the subway. Corner apartment with great natural light. Available bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Room comes furnished with mattress, bed frame, headboard, night stand, floor length mirror and newly installed shelves with hanging rods. Main area is furnished too. All white bathroom with stand up shower. Looking for a female tenant.
Lease is May 1st through January 31st. No exceptions.
My landlord requires a rental application, tenant and guarantor have to provide proof of employment and they check credit. There's also a security deposit of $1590 (includes cleaning at lease end).
