DESCRIPTION
Offered fully furnished, this sun-blasted and spectacular 3,876 sq.ft. full-floor residence boasts four bedrooms, three and a half baths designed for truly extraordinary living. Designed by Day's End Architects, the home greets you with soaring 12-foot ceilings, restrained and chic 12-inch-wide plank floors, and a clean, minimalist aesthetic throughout. Twenty windows across all four exposures flood every room with light, complemented by numerous skylights overhead.
A key-locked elevator delivers you directly to a gracious foyer lined with exposed brick and custom closets. A row of bright, massive south-facing windows ushers you into the extraordinary great room stretching over 43 feet wide - a sprawling space accommodating generous seating and dining areas alongside designer lighting and a wood-burning fireplace. The open VIPP chef's kitchen embraces sleek minimalism: custom cabinetry, a massive center island, and artfully concealed upscale appliances compose a culinary environment as beautiful as it is functional.
A long, skylit hallway - lined by a powder room, oversized closets, and a large laundry room - leads to the primary suite, a serene sanctuary bathed in northern and eastern light with a custom dressing area. Clad in painted brick and terrazzo tile, the ensuite bathroom features a large soaking tub, frameless glass rain steam shower, floating double VIPP vanity, and separate WC.
Two large secondary bedrooms share a bathroom finished in glistening gray Moroccan tile, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A fourth bedroom suite - accessed directly from the great room - serves ideally as guest quarters, home office, or luxurious den.
Ascend the atrium staircase to a massive 3,000 sq.ft. rooftop terrace - a sky-high stage for entertaining and lounging among the most iconic sights New York has to offer, with views stretching from the Empire State Building to 56 Leonard and far beyond.
Located within the Tribeca Historic District at the storied intersection of TriBeCa and SoHo, 39 Lispenard is a Queen Anne–style cast-iron store-and-loft building built in 1883 for John C. Clark - whose name the handsome structure still bears today. Now a coveted five-loft boutique condominium with private key-lock elevator entry, the building combines landmark heritage with discreet, modern luxury.

TRIBECA
The triangle below Canal Street is the cool place to be,
especially if you're into historic buildings, cute boutiques, and
great food. Surrounded by Canal Street, West Street, Broadway, and
Chambers Street, Tribeca is a popular place for the young eclectic
