LR, DR, KIT and master bedroom all face the ocean.     Property is booked 6 months in advance for most of the year.    Recently remodeled with new bathroom, new flooring. This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the main bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean. The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The mainr bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer, and the living room a couch, recliner, Large Screen HDTV.  The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4.  All linens are supplied. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surfing lession shops. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants. Daily room service is not available.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $7,500. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
