DESCRIPTION
Bedroom with private bathroom in large, 3 bed 2 bath on Tomkins Square Park. Fully furnished with queen sized bed, dresser, lamp, A/C (it works well) and L shaped desk. Happy to toss out any furniture you don't want. Washer and Dryer in unit. Garbage chute on floor.
Still in the process of moving in (as I'm sure you can tell from the pics), but I just got into law school in another state so I have to move again. Lived ~2 blocks away for the last year and half, neighborhood is great, close to the L and all EV bars.
Both roommates work remotely (consulting and tech), mid-20s, fun, very friendly guys. One of them handles all the utilities and splits them evenly by venmo.
