DESCRIPTION
Hi! Looking for someone to fill my room for a 3-month summer sublet (with possibility of extending lease if you'd like). Move in is June 1st (possibly asap) through the end of August. Rent is $1,133 per month.

Secure access building in safe, quiet neighborhood in Bushwick. Located right between the Jefferson L and Central M stops (~7 minute walk to each). 15 minutes by train (or bike!) to Williamsburg. 20 - 25 minutes to Union Square via L train. 20 - 25 min to LES via M train.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
You'll be getting a MASSIVE basement bedroom with a personal half-bath in a 3BR apartment. Private, quiet, and a great space for a second living area, work/desk space, or art space. Includes TONS of storage space. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

The apartment was recently renovated and features modern appliances (including dishwasher!). Full kitchen, living room, and upstairs bath. Shared backyard with the 3 lovely neighbors next door. Great for grilling, reading, and lying out in the sun. There is also a fire pit for fun summer nights! And roof access!

ABOUT THE AWESOME ROOMMATES:
- Carol is in her late 20s. Super friendly Aussie girl that works in fashion and jewelry. She loves cooking, surfing, and yoga.

- Tyler is in his late 20s. Nice, respectful ex-marine who works in IT. Tyler works long hours and typically goes home upstate every weekend, so isn't around too often.

- You: Be nice, clean, and respectful. Both roommates like to have fun and go out to bars and restaurants, but also enjoy their personal space.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Awesome up-and-coming Bushwick neighborhood. Only one block from Maria Hernandez park. Multiple grocery stores a few blocks away. Laundromat right around the corner. Blink Fitness just opened up one block away.

Fantastic restaurant and bar scene. Roberta's (pizza), Los Hermanos (tacos), Guacuco (arepas), BK Jani (Pakistani), Bunna Cafe (Ethiopian), House of Yes, Pine Box Rock Shop, Heavy Woods, The Johnson's, Birdy's, etc. all within a 10 minute walk

*Utilities NOT included. Tyler pays the cable/internet bill himself. Split gas and electric bill with Carol. Averages ~$50 per month.

**First and security required for move-in.

If you think you're a good fit, send me a message with a little about yourself and we can go from there.

BUSHWICK

Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people love this neighborhood.

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
