I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in Rockaway Park, NY. Photos below are of the apartment when I moved in during June 2014. The rent is $1618.61 per month (which includes underground parking). Two blocks from the Beach 98 Street stop on the A Train/Rockaway Shuttle line.

We were the first residents in the apartment, and everything is still brand new. I'm being forced to relocate because of work; otherwise I'd love to continue living here.

Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
