"Venezuelan lawyer based in NYC. I work in immigration law and also do modeling/creative work. I'm into fitness, good food, coffee, traveling, and exploring the city. Friendly, respectful, and pretty easygoing. I'm very clean, respectful, easygoing, and usually out exploring the city. Also always down for good conversation or a coffee run."
"Hi! I'm Ben, a 29-year-old Marketing professional relocating from Washington, D.C. to NYC. I'm friendly, social, clean, respectful, and easygoing. Outside of work, I love music, concerts, sewing, fitness, exploring the city, and spending time with friends. I'm looking for a home that feels comfortable and welcoming, with roommates who enjoy each other's company while respecting everyone's space.
Roommate Perk:
"I'm the kind of roommate who is easy to live with: clean, communicative, considerate, and always happy to contribute to the home. I'm social and enjoy a good night hanging out or going out together, but I'm equally comfortable doing my own thing."

is more suburban and chill. From 110th to 155th, Harlem has
something for everyone.
Harlem is so huge that each spot has its own unique history. For
example, West and Central Harlem were burned to the ground during
the American Revolution, whereas East Harlem wasn't really
developed until the 1860's. However, one fact remains consistent
for all of Harlem: That the population of the area exploded once a
prominent Black neighborhood was destroyed to make room for Central
Park.
The Harlem Renaissance began around WWI and the cultural impact
the neighborhood would have on the world began. Becoming a major
player in the worlds of art, literature, music, and civil rights,
Harlem became a mecca for…
