The room has good sunlight and is bigger than most rooms in Manhattan. The apartment is also of good size with windows/sunlight in all shared areas. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath (female preferred).

The apartment has great location!
- 2 mins to Essex (F, M, J)
- Laundromat right downstairs
- Right around the corner for Essex street market (groceries)
- 7 mins to Target, Traders Joe, Union market
- 10 to 15 mins walk to Nolita, Soho, little Italy or Chinatown.
- Lots of restaurants and food options nearby

Monthly cost:

- $60 for utilities and wifi (estimate)
- $15 for shared household necessities (estimate)

One-time cost:
- $100 background check requested by the landlord
- One month security deposit, refundable upon moving out

The apartment is 3BDR aka there will be me and another girl in the apartment :).
About me: Female, mid 20s, quiet and introverted (but down to have good conversations). I often work long hours.

Looking for someone who's okay with these rules:
- No smoking of any kind
- Can keep the common space tidy and clean; willing to clean once a week/2 weeks.
- No dish in the sink overnight
- We prefer a quiet space, so please don't bring the party home! Having friends over occasionally/periodically is ok.

Please send me your LinkedIn and a SNS profile IG/Facebook (if you have one) and a quick intro. Thanks!

Starting after the American Revolution, the area became very popular with immigrants of German descent. The new micro-neighborhood of "Little Germany" was established but, as things tend to happen in NYC, they were soon sharing the area with large Italian Jewish populations.
