DESCRIPTION
Beautiful Williamsburg 2BR Lease Takeover
My wife and I just bought our first home upstate and we're looking for someone to take over our lease in our great Williamsburg apartment, which ends 5/31/24 and could be renewed after that.
The apartment is located on 100 Ainslie, on the corner of Union and Ainslie and just a block from the Lorimer L and the Metropolitan G stops. Steps away from Montesacro, Okonomi + Yuji Ramen, Nick + Sons Bakery, Campbell & Co. and Crest Hardware.
We love the apartment's contemporary design and many huge North and East facing windows, city views, wraparound deck and dishwasher. The complex was built in 2019 and features high-end finishes, like a Bertazzoni range and Caesarstone quartz countertops. There are three mini-split units that supply heat and A/C.
The building is maintained really well and the super is sweet and super attentive.
There's also a workout room, roof deck, bike room, package room and laundry room that are all kept in great shape.
The lease application will go through the property management company.

offer.
Originally it's own village, Williamsburg has had a long history
as a home for Manhattanites seeking a less-expensive refuge across
the river. Because of the convenience of the village, the
population grew fast. It became the Town of Williamsburg in 1840,
and evolved again into the City of Williamsburg in 1855. However,
Williamsburg was soon incorporated into Brooklyn that same
year.
Once Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, more
transportation options were added, making Williamsburg very
popular, especially among immigrant populations. Post-WWII, it
became home to many Hasidic Jews as well as people from Puerto Rico
