“From the first contact moment to the signing of the lease, Ana is an A-rate broker par excellence. With skill, flair, and impressive communication, Ana went above and beyond her call of duty as a broker. With skill, flair, and a grace that is hard to come by in today’s market, I immediately connected with Ana upon our first meeting. Unlike so many other brokers who are simply looking to make and close a deal, Ana shows genuine care for the client, serving as a stellar liaison between client and landlord, Ana is also a compassionate advocate—-ensuring that her clients are satisfied, content, and happy. What’s more, Ana is not in the slightest pushy or overwhelming. Rather, she is kind and patient, meticulously walking the client through every stage of the process, right to the last moment. Excellent in communication, Ana is incredibly thorough, and works very hard to gather the necessary information queried by her clients. It was an absolute pleasure, and delight to work with this top-notch, caring, and detail-oriented broker. I will for sure remain in touch with her as my living needs change over the years. Highly recommended!”

Ms. Snjezanna Zicic is a highly professional broker who goes the extra mile to find the "right apartment" for her clients. She is patient, flexible, and caring. In this way she makes what can be an extremely stressful process for a client comfortable because one knows that she will find the "best fit" for them. I did rent through Ms. Zivic and would again. In fact, I am sharing her name with others I know who wish to rent an apartment. It is my great pleasure to recommend Ms. Zivic as an excellent broker and one who would provide the best service for her client.
