DESCRIPTION
Your Downtown Dream Rental
Welcome to the rare third floor, full floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that changes the game in Manhattan's most coveted neighborhood. This isn't just a renovated loft, it's your private retreat in the heart of downtown's most thriving scene.
The Outdoor Living Dream (Seriously)
Let's start with what most New Yorkers can only fantasize about: three separate outdoor spaces. A stunning private roof deck captures Manhattan's skyline. Two private balconies provide intimate outdoor sanctuaries at street level. This is indoor-outdoor living at its absolute finest, the kind of space that transforms how you actually live in the city. Entertain effortlessly, dine al fresco, or simply wake up to unobstructed downtown air.
The Interior: Where Luxury Meets Character
Step inside and discover the marriage of modern luxury and authentic New York soul. Soaring ceilings, wide-plank oak flooring, and raw exposed brick create that coveted loft aesthetic. A fireplace adds warmth and drama. Custom recessed lighting and dramatic scale make this residence unmistakably special.
The custom chef's kitchen doesn't compromise: stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and a built in Miele espresso maker for the mornings that matter. Three full bathrooms eliminate the morning madness, a genuine luxury in a three-bedroom. Central air conditioning and an in-unit washer-dryer handle the daily life details so you can focus on living.
The Location is the Lifestyle
You're positioned at the cultural crossroads of downtown, steps from the F train and a short walk to Broadway-Lafayette/Bleecker Street (B, D, F, M, 6 lines). You're living in the epicenter where SoHo sophistication meets East Village edge. Some of Manhattan's best restaurants, cocktail bars, galleries, and nightlife happen organically around you. This isn't a commute to downtown culture; you're woven into its fabric.
This address carries downtown history and current-day energy simultaneously.

BOWERY
Bowery is a unique neighborhood in Manhattan that's tough for
most people to define. The street itself is the oldest in the city,
and is the eastern border of the neighborhood, the western border
being Allen Street. Stretching from Hester Street up to about 4th,
this neighborhood is eclectic, artistic, and thriving.
Before the Dutch colonized the land for themselves, the Bowery
was already in use by the Lenape people who lived in the area. When
the Dutch arrived, the street was widened and farmland was placed
around it, making the area very popular for trading purposes. The
Dutch christened the street, "bouwerij."
The British conquered the settlement in 1664 and kept Bowery as
the main route in and out of the city. The area was home to a
variety of farms and manors up until around the American
Revolution. The population of the city was expanding fast, and the
estates and farms that made up the area were sold off to the city
for things like…
