This home is total electric, with central heat and air, and is serviced by WELL WATER ONLY.  The Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any and all water used for cooking or consumption. There are two NON-FUNCTIONING Fireplaces, that are cosmetic only. Tenant could use candles or electric logs only. The kitchen is open and on either side, there is both an eating area and a separate dining room overlooking the deck and backyard areas.
