Kitchen gear is available for use in the unit. The carriage house is handicap-accessible with a barrier free entrance and a 4 inch step into the shower. There is free assigned parking in your assigned backyard spot plus in the carport. Street parking is free as well. The carport can also be used for storage. The tiny house is in the back of the lot. The heat is a space heater and the air conditioning is a wall unit.

The tiny house does not offer a washer or a dryer. Local laundromats are available.
Move-in fees are $80 for cleaning and $80 insurance fee. Linens are not included but can be added for a fee.
Security deposit is $1000. Refundable pet deposit is $250. Pet rent is $25/pet/month for up to 2 pets. Maximum 2 animals.
WINTER DISCOUNT - rent is reduced to $1050 from October to March.
