Timur was the best broker I have ever dealt with. He answered any questions I had no matter what time of the day. Very professional and super friendly. He found us our dream apartment. If anyone is looking for a broker I highly recommend using Timur!
The two were energetic, fun and passionate about what they do. My three roommates and I were in a crunch (1 week) to get an apartment before school started. After we tried to do it on our own and find a place, things just weren't working out. Timur and Dayanne came in and saved the day. They were not only our brokers, but our undercover superheroes. They also followed up after we moved in to make sure we were satisfied and everything was working out well in the building. Couldn't thank them enough.

Timur was absolutely amazing to work with, and it was clear he wanted to help find the perfect home for us. From the second my roommate and I met up him, to the 10th apartment we saw hours later, he was full of enthusiasm and positive energy. Timur knows the ins and outs of living in FiDi, and is THE person to go to if you're looking to be in the area.
Timur is the best! He responded within seconds to our inquiry, was flexible with rescheduling appointments when we ended up being unable to make our first apartment tour, and showed us 8 or 9 different apartments in FiDi—all near our price range, and all in great condition—on a weekend day. All the way through, he was able to give us honest information about the pros/cons of each particular building. (Since he lives in the neighborhood, he knows it intimately.) We ended up deciding to re-sign our current leases due to extenuating circumstances, but had everything lined up, we would have taken any of multiple apartments he showed us in a heartbeat.
