Stefan is a native of Manhattan who grew up in Inwood. He went to school in Cambridge, Ma then attended Fordham's graduate school of business, where he traveled the world earning 2 degrees in Belgium and India. He worked in marketing for several companies and tried bartending for 8 months. At the bar where he worked, he met one of TripleMint's real estate agents, Josh, who was very passionate about being a real estate agent. Stefan wanted to work for a company that really believes in what it does, something that he found in the way that Josh spoke about his job at TripleMint drew him close to the company.

Stefan was drawn to contributing to the growth and development of a startup company and joined as a real estate agent. It combined his love for meeting new people and working at a company with a great balance of purpose, morals, and efficiency. Stefan can be described by his friends as being outgoing and always on the move. When he isn't helping people finding their new homes, Stefan can be found playing chess, at the gym or relaxing on the Great Lawn at Central Park
