Specializing in sales and rentals in all Manhattan neighborhoods and price ranges, Regina believes attention to detail, open communication and consistent follow-through are crucial to helping clients achieve success. Originally from Brazil, Regina lived in Miami for 20 years before moving to Manhattan. She speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English. Having owned a property in South Florida, she understands value, finances and timing the market, as she does the emotional aspects of buying or selling property you consider your home. “Finding the dream home is a process which varies from person to person depending on their circumstances. Listening is very important; so is focusing on the client as their needs and expectations change. I want everyone I work with to feel as comfortable and confident as possible.” Prior to entering residential real estate rentals and sales, Regina worked in the mortgage industry as an underwriter for over a decade. She was constantly in contact with brokers, realtors, closers processors and clients through the entire process of purchasing a home, then decided she wanted to play a more integral, meaningful role. “For me it’s not about selling; it’s about helping,” she says. Regina currently lives in Midtown East. She loves the rich history, arts, architecture, cuisine and all the other things that make New York City so unique.
