Meet Peter Damian | CITI HABITATS | Licensed as Peter D. Crifo

Growing up on the North Shore of Long Island, Peter loved the design of the colonial-era homes found there. Later on in life, he channeled that passion to work in real estate. Architecture is an expression of working with shapes and mass. Real Estate, on the other hand, is about finding places for people that are contextually right for them. So, theyre nicely inter-related.

Peter is known for first-class customer service skills and his innate ability to find hidden gems. Hes well-educated, well-mannered and has an innovative style Clients just love. Sometime increasing a Clients search area by just a block or two can result in finding a property that provides a better quality of life, increased value or much sought-after amenities  all for the same budget.

Creativity runs in Peters family; his father is a noted movie poster designer and the subject of a feature-length documentary Peter co-produced in 2012. As an advertising executive, Peter worked on over 400 movie campaigns including several Academy Award-winners. At FOX Sports, he worked on several Super Bowls, World Series and Stanley Cup Finals broadcasts.

Peter graduated from New England College in Henniker, NH. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Roslyn Landmark Society, loves reading, great TV (Masterpiece Theatre) and hits the gym frequently. In the summer, he frequently logs in 50 mile bike rides before work.
