About Me
“Where are you from – originally?” A New York transplant like so many others, Nora Brossard knows how unpredictable yet exciting moving here can be. Having spent her wonder years in Michigan, Nora came to New York after college, intending to conquer publishing, but soon found that New York had other plans for her. That was then, but 20+ years later she’s still capable of wonder at the glamor and excitement of Gotham. All the different facets of the city, from the people to the food, museums, theater, music, shopping (think vintage/thrift shops!) and parks, fuel her passion for real estate.
Nora brings many years of public relations and customer service experience to the table, with the result that she has the ability to clearly communicate, listen to her client’s needs and wants, and work with integrity and the patience to sort out the different angles involved in finding your New York home. Nora’s honesty, smarts and tenacity are paramount in creating successful transactions. To her, finding the best possible options for you is not only the challenge of real estate, but the fun.
When Nora is not out hunting down affordable yet luxurious, homes for her clients, you can find her giving weekend highlight-tours of the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art or socializing with friends and new acquaintances. A world traveler, she’s at ease dealing with many different international cultures. Nora is also fluent in French, having lived, studied and worked in France for several years.
Her specialty area is in in residential rentals and sales with a concentration on trendy downtown neighborhoods. Hhowever, Nora is always ready and willing to go anywhere a client feels most at home.
