Exploring New York
Georges Bleuzen
Bond New York Real Estate
About Me
Georges leverages all of his native New Yorker experiences and advantages to facilitate and navigate clients through the often-trying, intricate process of renting, selling and buying an apartment in Manhattan. His patient and friendly professional manner strives to interpret a client’s needs so as to not waste their time.
Previously Georges enjoyed a successful career with the New York Times Co and attended New York University. As a life-long New York City resident and properties owner, his enthusiasm and ease with people made real estate a natural fit.
More than just knowing Manhattan, he has previewed hundreds of properties for sale as well as rental apartments, so that you don’t have to. He has worked with guarantors, corporate relocation and overseas clients as well as short term furnished requirements.
“I enjoy working with people and I am all too cognizant that I am providing a service for a very personal need that I can empathize with, your NYC home. I am fully committed to providing you with personalized service, that vies to surpass your expectations and be as stress free as possible”. George is prompt, reliable and persistent and willing to go to bat for all your real estate needs.
George is fluent in French, enjoys exotic travel with his wife and son and outdoor activities in the Adirondack lake region.
