Gary Posylkin is the Managing Director of UpNEXT, a New York City real estate firm specializing in landlord representation, residential sales & rentals and renovation/new development projects. As Managing Director, Gary oversees the day-to-day operations, strategic partnerships with developers & investors and the overall vision of UpNEXT's bold, unique brand. Prior to UpNEXT, Gary began his real estate career in 1998 and soon he became recognized as a top-producing real estate agent and market expert, closing over 1,000 transactions. As a top producer and well-respected agent, he garnered a favorable reputation among many of New York City's top landlords and owners. Transitioning from agent to management, Gary helped build one of the top boutique brokerages in New York City from the ground up. And he was integral in overseeing customer service, agent relations, and business development. His expert opinion has also been featured in such prominent publications as The Real Deal, Time Out New York, New York Magazine, The Observer Luxury Real Estate edition, among others.

Gary Posylkin, a New York City native, was born into a real estate family. In Gary's free time he enjoys backpacking, seeking out new food experiences and playing hockey. He also volunteers regularly for various local nonprofits, such as Nourishing USA and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
