Catalina takes a personalized, step-by-step approach to your real estate journey to make it manageable and enjoyable. By first focusing on identifying and truly understanding your priorities, necessities and desires, she can tailor the home search process to be as seamless and efficient as possible. Priding herself on her honesty, she makes sure to educate her clients on the options available and provide a fair assessment of the pros and cons of each. Working diligently from start to end, Catalina is sure to surpass the expectations of even the most demanding clients.

Having managed residential properties from a young age, Catalina is passionate about real estate investing. Most recently, she purchased a multi-family property in Queens, and is always on the look-out for great investing opportunities, and the next hidden gem.

Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Catalina holds a degree in Business Administration from EAFIT, one of the top business undergraduate programs in Colombia. She speaks fluent English and Spanish. Her previous career involved working as a sales manager and financial assistant at a retailer in Medellin, where she interacted substantially with customers and honed her communications skills. Catalina also was a business analyst for an IT company, evaluating the profitability of businesses and projects.

After studying abroad in New York and falling in love with the city, Catalina moved here permanently. She volunteers for the Childhood Cancer Society, a non-profit organization that strives to raise funds to "help empower children with cancer and their families so that the miracle of healing can begin!"
