Originally from Romania, Aurel speaks fluent Romanian, Hungarian and English, plus understands some Spanish and Polish. He graduated from St. John's University with a degree in Media Arts. Prior to real estate, he worked as a Project Manager at his own web development company, plus served as Manager of Information Technology for the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel.
A New York City resident in the Forest Hills/Kew Gardens area of Queens for over 30 years, Aurel loves the diversity of NYC and how it allows you to literally enjoy cultures of different countries just be walking from one neighborhood to the next. He is an avid bike rider, and enjoys the beach in summer, going to live shows around town, and listening to all types of music from heavy metal to classical.

Aurel, to sum him up in one word: AMAZING. I luckily stumbled across a listing posted on Trulia. From the first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Finding an apartment to rent in NY is extremely difficult. The apartments are small, unbecomming and usually a disaster for way too much money. Working with other brokers, I can attest to this. Aurel on the other hand, always showed me listings that he himself would live in. One listing better than the next. Throughout my journey of finding the "perfect" apartment, I was almost about to give up until I met Aurel. Always avaliable, always helpful and always eager to complete the mission. After several apartments fell through, Aurel showed me the last apartment which has become my home for the last 6 months. My boyfriend and I had gone through a lot of brokers that were unwilling to work with us, due to our not so great credit. When we spoke to Aurel he was great! He found out our situation and fought for us to find a new place, using all of his great resources he found us an amazing deal on the upper east side! If you are looking for an amazing broker that listens to you and what you want, that's Aurel I'll never use anyone else I feel very lucky to have met him.
