Agent Profile
Amuche has personally been involved in real estate as a homeowner and investor since 2001, and was so intrigued with the business that he decided to ultimately become a licensed agent. Sharing his enthusiasm with his clients, he combs all available properties in the city so he knows the inventory well, and is ready to quickly make the best matches based on each individual's unique needs.
Coupled with the market research, homework, and legwork he does, Amuche takes care in listening to what people want and learning about their lifestyle. "After that, the focus is to present the best options, educate and guide them through the process with patience, and make sure every client is 100 percent satisfied with the outcome of their decision."
Connecting with people and forming strong relationships have always been some of Amuche's greatest strengths. Thanks to his penchant for helping others out and the integrity with which he always conducts business, you will naturally get the in-depth product knowledge and caring service you deserve to excel in your transaction.
Born and raised in Chicago, and of Nigerian descent, Amuche came to New York to attend Columbia University, obtained a BS degree in Computer Engineering, and has been in New York ever since. He worked as an Application Developer for a large tech firm, then later at a boutique credit derivatives product company. Amuche later made a drastic transition into a career of voice-over work after meeting some industry professionals in the business. His purchase of an apartment in Harlem, followed by a brownstone in Stuyvesant Heights Brooklyn which he had completely renovated, drew him to eventually get further involved into the field of real estate.
Amuche is a member of SAG-AFTRA and their BookPALS initiative where he enjoys reading to young kids in NYC public schools. He is also co-founder of an organization dedicated to improving the conditions of his hometown village in Nigeria, Nawgu. Amuche has a passion for sports having grown up playing everything from soccer to tennis, basketball, football, wrestling, to track and field. He even competed on the collegiate level in track and field as a triple jumper (not to be confused with long jump!). He loves to cook, trying new healthy recipes, and you can often find him just hanging out enjoying NYC with friends.
