Zenon Lewyckyj provides a vast knowledge of the marketplace with style, professionalism and class. He grew up immersed in real estate as his family has acquired, sold and leased property his entire life. An investor himself who has property managed throughout college and to this day, Zenon has done it all, from overseeing renovations to conducting market evaluations, analyzing properties for acquisition, doing property value forecasting, and managing all aspects of residential properties ranging from single-family homes to 20-unit multi-family rental buildings.
Zenon's goal when working with his clients is to share his knowledge and provide the best experience with unrivaled, dedicated service. He believes in educating people through a hands-on approach of showing as much as they need to see so they can make informed decisions.
Having always been entrepreneurial and interested in homes, Zenon also served as co-owner and founder of an artisan residential masonry company specializing in unique high-end interior and exterior installations. His business savvy, eye for design and understanding of quality service have transcended into his work as a full-time real estate agent.
A diverse background that also included hospitality, managing a windsurfing school, setting up organic farms and an orchard, and interning for a U.S. Congressman has made Zenon feel confident in his capabilities, and comfortable dealing with people of all types. Born in San Francisco, he grew up in various parts of the northeast with strong roots in NYC. Zenon holds a BA degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations & Economics from Temple University in Philadelphia. He additionally completed an intensive Italian language immersion program at Istituto Lorenzo di' Medici in Florence, Italy.
Zenon is a tried and true city lover, and a beach boy at heart who loves the ocean and water sports. His other passions include travel, cooking, museums and animals.
