Beautiful studio in prime Williamsburg available February 1st, potentially sooner if needed. I am the current resident, looking for someone to take over my lease as I am relocating to another state.

The studio is beautiful, with excellent amenities. The washer and dryer are brand new (just installed in August). Two closets with built in shelves provide plenty of storage space. Kitchen is full sized, with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There is an installed AC unit beneath one of the windows in the room.

Building features 24/7 doormen (all of which are awesome), free coffee all day, rec room, lounge, and roof deck with grill available to residents year round. There are also zipcars available in the basement parking garage. Parking is available for a monthly fee.
