I must have seen over 10 apartments, by time I got to him I was hesitant but he showed me the PERFECT apartment on his first showing. I was so happy to come across his profile and his 5 star reviews are truly deserved. He replied straight away to my inquiry and the next day showed me around 5 beautiful apartments. I was on a very tight timeline while finding an apartment. I met with Shane and he showed me about 5 places within an hour and I found one that we loved. The problem was that it was a new renovation and it wouldn't be done in time for us to move in. Shane really went to bat for us by pushing the renovation along and got us into the apartment even earlier than I had hoped. He did a phenomenal job. Very personable, easy to work with, and someone you can trust. I highly recommend him and I will without a doubt be asking for his help again when I decide to move.
I had the pleasure of working with Shane when my broker reached out to him about a listing. Shane had been professional and personable from the beginning. For such a competitive industry, Shane is a relaxed but responsive individual and I never felt rushed throughout the entire process. I did end up choosing the apartment that he showed me through my broker. He was prompt and precise in preparing my lease with less than a day's notice in order to accommodate my schedule. I have just moved into the apartment and couldn't ask for a better landlord. I would definitely work with and recommend Shane again if given the opportunity!
What separates Shane from the other brokers we were worked with was his understanding of our needs. As students, he showed us properties we would only be likely to consider. After finding one we preferred more than others, he worked with us through the weekend filling out forms and walking us through the process so that we could move in to our new place on our targeted date. Other realtors didn't give us the same respect and attention; Shane went above and beyond to assist us in our needs.

He was very clear and professional, and he was able to give us a realistic outline of expectations about the process to secure the apartment. Shane is a great guy! I contacted him after I had just arrived in NYC. I had just traveled 1000 miles to take a new job and was staying in an expensive hotel. The very next morning after contacting Shane, he set up a few apartments for us to look at. All of them were in my price range and in the area I requested. I am writing this recommendation of Shane Boyle and the highly, professional, enthusiastic, efficient service he recently provided me in renting my current apartment in Morningside Height. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed as well as being very patient with me when I couldn't get my documents together. Throughout the process, Shane was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text even after I signed the lease. He went above and beyond despite the fact that: (1) we were not the one paying the broker fee, (2) there were other potential clients vying for the same apartment, and (3) our financial situation was lacking. I was incredibly lucky to have him on our side vouching for us. We now have our new apartment in Manhattan, and without a question in my mind I would not be sitting here, without his effort and for that I am very grateful.
