Zarko Kozlina has a strong financial and analytical background due to a bachelor degree in marketing, management and trade with University Singidunum in Belgrade, Serbia . After managing "Caffe Linda," a Midtown East Italian restaurant, for several years, Zarko has decided to immerse himself in the real estate industry at Gamlieli Zweig Brokers in January 2014.
Zarko specializes in working with sponsor units in the conversion of former rent stabilized apartments to free market showpieces. He will simultaneously juggle construction projects, multi-million dollar sale negotiations, large-scale rental clients and high-end listings. In addition, Zarko is managing his own team at GZB Realty.
Zarko also specializes in rentals on the East Side, mostly Murray Hill, Gramercy, Midtown East, East Village, Union Square, NoLita, Greenwich Village,Soho as well as Midtown West/Hell's Kitchen/Lincoln Center/Columbus circle area.
