William Oliphant is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, A graduate of Fayetteville State University with a Under Grad Degree in Criminal Justice. William originally planned to spend a career in the Criminal Justice System. However, before confining himself to the criminal side of law he took notice and was drawn to the Civil Litigation.
William took strong interest into Real Estate Law. While working with The Rogers Law Firm, William began to assist lead Attorneys with their Real Estate Closings & Transactions.
With the valubale expeirence obtained William would never look back into Criminal Law again. William went on to earn the Title as "Real Estate Closing Coordinator" under the Vernon Law Group located in Cary, N.C.
In 2009, William moved to NYC to become a Licensed Real Estaste Agent within the 5 Boro's of NYC. William went on to become a great rental and sales agent with the agency and is constantly expanding his relationships throughout NYC.
