Utsha Singh has been interested in real estate from a young age and became a licensed real estate salesperson at the age of only 18. Since then, he's also worked in several customer service related positions, including as a teller at Citibank. Utsha was born in India, and speaks fluent Hindi, but moved to the US when he was 8 years old. He and his family settled in Queens, where he's lived ever since, with the exception of attending college upstate. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at SUNY Geneseo, and then returned to the city to continue his real estate career.
Utsha doesn't limit his business to any specific area of the city. Because he's lived here for so long, he knows many areas well, and is happy to show his clients a range of neighborhoods. Utsha's clients consider him to be very prompt, reliable, and available, at all hours of the day. One client said "Utsha showed true commitment and reliability while helping me find my place. In his spare time, Utsha enjoys exploring the city and sampling the unending variety of foods the boroughs have to offer. Utsha's hobbies include cooking, driving and traveling. He ultimately would like to begin investing in and developing land, and is hoping the relationships he forms in his real estate career will help him in achieving his goal.
